The Challenge
Since 2019, the City of Glendale has hosted one of the most relevant tech events in Southern California: Glendale Tech Week. A project that provides the ideal environment for companies, entrepreneurs, and tech aficionados to come together and discover the latest trends in the tech industry while networking and sharing their brightest ideas and future projects.
The Solution
From its very first edition, we teamed up with the City of Glendale Economic Development Division to provide creative, design, development, and marketing services for its promotion aiming to engage with the event’s target to achieve its attendance goals.
Throughout the different editions of Glendale Tech Week, I faced several challenges, such as the global digital marketing behavioral changes that influenced media performance, and the needing to adapt the communication for each year’s different modalities (virtual and in-person).
My strategies & key tactics overcame the faced challenges, achieving the desired leads established in the KPIs for all editions.

Increase of 2.8% in Click-Through-Rate (CTR) on Google Conversion Campaigns
